By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Splat offers a number of different art services at our studio. We provide all necessary equipment, materials, and instructions for all services.
2. Booking & Payment

Booking: To reserve a session, please complete the booking process through our website, or email. Bookings are subject to availability.

Payment: Payment for services is required after the session is complete unless stated.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for one big masterpiece must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Studio fee's are non re-fundable for no shows. They are refundable with 24 hours notice.
3. Age Restrictions
Our sessions are designed for participants of all ages. However, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Health and Safety

Participant Responsibility: All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by the instructor. Tools and equipment can be sharp or heavy, and participants should handle them with care.

Injury or Damage: We take all necessary precautions to provide a safe environment. However, Splat is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during a session. Participants must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or allergies before starting the session.

Your children are your own responsibility and Splat does not take any liability for your children when they are under your supervision.
5. Studio Equipment & Materials
All equipment and materials provided by Splat are the property of the studio. Clients are responsible for the proper use of all equipment and materials. Any damage or loss of equipment due to participant negligence may result in additional charges.
6. Photography and Media
By participating in our sessions, you consent to Splat using photographs or video taken during the session for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please inform the instructor in advance. We will never use photographs of children's faces in our marketing materials.
7. Liability
Splat will not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal items that may occur during or after a session. By participating, you acknowledge that art activities carry inherent risks.
8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a positive and respectful environment for all participants. We expect all clients to:

Be respectful and courteous to other participants and instructors.

Refrain from any behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, or unsafe.

Follow the instructions given by the instructor for a safe and enjoyable experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, and content on our website or social media, is owned by Splat. Clients may not use any of these without prior written consent.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Splat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website or email. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
