Service Description
One Big Masterpiece is an amazing experience that's all about being creative, connection and fun! Come to Splat for a private hour in our messy room and create a large-scale canvas you can hang up and cherish for ever. A Private session includes 2 hours in the studio. All art supplies included Canvas size: 1m x 1.5m Please Note We provide an un-stretched canvas that will need to be stretched and framed to hang on the wall. I do not cover this service but can advise and recommend a framer. Price: £250 (Frame and stretching not included) This experience must be pre booked and a 50% deposit paid. Cancellations: Refunds are available until 2 weeks before your session. From then cancellation will be chargeable at 50%.

Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings A non refundable studio fee of £2 per booking is required to secure your booking. Confirmation will be sent via [email/SMS/app] once payment or deposit is received. 2. Payments Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings remain honored at the rate secured. 3. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Changes to a booking are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may will not get their studio fee refunded. 4. Refunds Studio fee deposits are non-refundable No refunds are offered for no-shows or cancellations made after the deadline. 5. Late Arrivals Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. If arrival is more than 20 minutes past the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a no-show. 7. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate contact and billing information. Customers must comply with all service rules, safety guidelines, and policies outlined at the time of booking. 8. Provider Rights We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that violates our policies. We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of illness, weather, emergency, operational issues. 9. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies). 10.
